Never more so than when we find a dog friendly hotel near one of our favourite beaches in Devon. Not just content with clotted cream at the fabulous Woolacombe Bay Hotel we get special treats just like our owners. 

If you read our previous guide to the best dog friendly beaches in Devon you will know that number one on the list was Woolacombe Bay. Once voted the 13th best beach in the world. The hotel are aiming to be the most dog friendly hotel in Devon and looking at their website we agree.

Complete with a doggy charter

The hotel even has a doggy charter to ensure that four legged guests behave themselves in a manor appropriate to a human guest. The hotel dining room has heated flooring and dogs are welcome, what more could you want after a hard day surfing in the Atlantic.
