At DDD we aim to get your shiny new products to you as soon as possible! We try our best to get all orders delivered between 2-5 working days from placing your order. Please note that during the colder and wetter months, it may take a few more days (due to demand) to get your order to you, we will keep you informed if there is any delay.
Once we have shipped your order we will notify you of the tracking details. From this email you will be able to track your delivery more accurately and leave special instructions should you not be available to take the delivery on that day.

No-Fuss Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re delighted with your lovely new product, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size, shape, or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason, we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Simply contact us to return the item within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact along with a copy of this packing slip. When we receive it back, we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge). It’s as easy as that!
It is worth noting that if you have paid using PayPal, they now offer a service whereby you can reclaim the cost of sending a product back - have a look at this link for more information on this.
